What a great experience! Turned out I had to get all four wisdom teeth out and since they were so badly impacted I had to go to an oral surgeon and got a recommendation for another dr. at this location who was out of town. I took the appt with Dr. Tracy instead and am glad that I did- the consultation was great. I was terrified but Dr. Tracy talked everything out with me and made me feel much more comfortable about the whole thing. During the procedure, I received an intravenous anesthetic and even though I was somewhat coherent, it seemed like the procedure only took 5 minutes, thought he was kidding when he said we were done. He called to check on me after the surgery and when I needed more pain medication and called the office, he called me right back and made the whole experience pretty great overall. Also, the office is in a nice location, is beautiful, and the front desk staff were wonderful. I didn't feel like I was being "screwed over" like I have at other places, they actually refunded me money when they found out my insurance would cover a little more.I would recommend Dr. Tracy to ANYONE!
